Do you have a question about this home or the local area?
This sleek and modern apartment is one of those real city finds that allows you to make the most of the cosmopolitan city life as well as the beach mentality. Just moments from Tel Aviv’s long stretch of sand, this home sits in the creative Nachalat Binyamin neighbourhood, where you can find markets of artisanal objects, eclectic eateries and energetic coffee shops. Inside, you’ll find a contemporary and light-filled space that’s perfect for relaxing in – start your day on the balcony with a shakshouka breakfast before heading out to Jerusalem Beach for a day in the cooling waters. When you return, you’ll love refreshing under the rain shower and sharing a glass of wine on the balcony overlooking the vibrant streets below. We expect you’ll want to make the most of your location and seek out an authentic restaurant serving up charcoaled meats and silky hummus, but if you feel like staying in, the slick kitchen is set up for preparing feasts.

Local guide
About Kerem Hateimanim
Nestled in between the Carmel Market and the beach, you'll find Kerem Hateimanim, a small neighbourhood founded by Yemeni immigrants in the 1930s. It’s come a long way since then, and today it’s been taken over by bohemian Tel-Avivians looking for affordable housing. Even though Kerem Hateimanim is in the process of being gentrified, the neighbourhood hasn’t lost the authentic, village-like feel that’s beloved by many. There are still plenty of the original Yemenite restaurants around, which are worth a visit, even if you don’t end up staying in this part of the city.
