Just a matter of steps from the beach, this striking home in authentic Kerem HaTeimanim is big and bold. With eclectic modern styling but set in a very traditional building, in many ways, it represents this city beautifully. Inside, you'll find concrete tiled floors, neutral tones and an open layout to the living space – keeping everything nice and sociable. The contemporary kitchen is really well-equipped and we love the statement lighting in each room. Perfect for friends sharing, each bedroom has a dedicated bathroom, and one has doors out to a shared balcony area with your own outdoor seating spot.

Local guide
About Kerem Hateimanim
Nestled in between the Carmel Market and the beach, you'll find Kerem Hateimanim, a small neighbourhood founded by Yemeni immigrants in the 1930s. It’s come a long way since then, and today it’s been taken over by bohemian Tel-Avivians looking for affordable housing. Even though Kerem Hateimanim is in the process of being gentrified, the neighbourhood hasn’t lost the authentic, village-like feel that’s beloved by many. There are still plenty of the original Yemenite restaurants around, which are worth a visit, even if you don’t end up staying in this part of the city.
