Situated on the commune of Pleneuf-Val-Andre less than 1km from the beach lies this cosy home. Perfect for families, you'll have a large garden to let the kids play in alongside your furry friends, and a raised terrace with seating outdoors to comfortably enjoy the fresh air and blue skies. In the day, large windows and doors to the terrace let the sunlight bathe the open-plan living space, and you'll have the option of whipping up something in the kitchen, throwing a barbecue in the sunshine or heading out to one of many choices for fantastic nearby restaurants. In the evening, sit under the stars with a drink or gather in the living room with a movie on the big screen and let the wood stove heat you up – a perfect cosy evening. You'll be close to the port of Dahouet, and will be able to benefit from close proximity to shops and pick up any necessities you might need. You won't have to compromise the practicality of your stay just because you want to stay away from the busiest areas and tourist traps! It's only a stroll down to the nearest beach where you can appreciate the sand, sun and sea of the coastline.
