Nestled on a quiet street in the village of Rothéneuf, the location boasts the best of both worlds – peaceful and friendly while being close to the walled city of Saint-Malo and its museums, historical sights, and bars. The cherry on top? You can get to the sandy beach of Le Val in just a few minutes on foot. Light pours into this apartment through the floor-to-ceiling windows – a constant source of joy. Whether you're preparing food in the kitchen, perched on a stool around the table, or stretching out on the sofa, you'll love how naturally bright this home is. And the best place to bask in the sunlight is on the spacious balcony – the perfect spot for savouring your morning coffee while enjoying your current read. Calming days can be spent taking leisurely walks along the beach, stopping to soak in the sun and going for a swim on a good day. If you want something a bit more active, the walking trails atop the Pointe de la Varde cliffs are particularly beautiful. One of the most fascinating things in the region can be found here, too.
