When you’re not kicking back with a cappuccino in the elegant living space or catching forty winks in the rustic bedrooms, you’ll be dining alfresco on the covered terrace after a leisurely swim in your private pool. Make the most of the glorious sunshine with a trip to nearby Fasano. Get lost in the historic centre’s maze of narrow lanes, stop for a gelato in the Piazza Ciaia and soak up the local culture in the Fasano-Style House Museum. Head 30 kilometres north to Polignano a Mare for a dip in the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea and a fish supper in an acclaimed restaurant. Return to your abode in the early evening for a negroni or two under the pergola as the sky turns every shade of orange and pink.
