Venture out bright and early to nurse a cup of coffee in one of the sunloungers, taking advantage of the perfect opportunity to admire the natural landscape as it comes to life with a brand-new day. Enjoy meals alfresco under the trellis and fill the rest of your day by switching between sunbathing and paddling in the raised pool. When you’re not barbecuing, you can find comforting bowls of pasta at one of the surrounding restaurants. The caves of Castellana are a must and so are the enchanting villages of Alberobello and Conversano, only a few miles away.
