Oozing style and comfort this contemporary holiday home a stone’s throw from Holywell Bay on the beautiful north Cornish coast makes the perfect beachside bolthole. Located within a private gated development and set across three floors, this family-friendly property features a light filled, open plan kitchen, dining and living area complete with lounge worthy L-shaped sofa and sliding doors which open out onto an enclosed garden. You’ll love waking up to a waterfall shower, and coffee out on the master suite balcony before making a plan for the day. Barbecue a feast of fresh fish and seafood and dine alfresco in the garden, a south facing sun trap if ever there was one. As the light fades be sure to make a beeline for the balcony with a bottle of chilled Sauvignon Blanc, you won’t regret it. If you and your four-legged friend fancy stretching your legs, Holywell Bay is a mere five-minute walk away. Almost a mile long, it’s ideal for relaxing, roaming, rock pooling and even learning how to surf. Used as a backdrop in Poldark and James Bond: Die Another Day, you won’t be disappointed by this beautiful sweep of golden sand. Venture a little further... afield and you’ll find the beaches of Crantock, Porth Joke, Perranporth, and Gwithian also within easy reach while the vibrant seaside town of Newquay is only six miles away.
