Located at the top of the Brentwood Hills, one block from hiking and mountain biking trails – this five-bedroom modern villa is a real showstopper. If you want a gorgeous, luxurious place to hang out like a celebrity in, then you'd better call your family and friends – as this villa will have you living the California dream. With easy access to good hiking and dreamy views that sweep from the hills to Century City and Santa Monica across to the ocean, it's not just the exceptional design aesthetic that impresses here. But we do love the plush and contemporary interiors found in the lounge and home cinema rooms – you'll feel like you're sinking into a cloud on the enormous corner sofas in particular. Demonstrating how indoor to outdoor living should be done, a wall of glass at the back of the house opens up the kitchen to an outdoor living area with those breathtaking panoramic views. If you like being out in the sun, you'll have the choice of relaxing in the pool, spa or hot tub in the secluded back garden. When you're ready to venture out, a wealth of wildlife awaits in the surrounding nature at... the likes of the Westridge Canyonback Wilderness park or Mountgate Country Club golf course - both within twenty-minutes driving distance away.
