Given that this apartment is situated within walking distance of some of the UK capital's most celebrated museums and galleries, it feels rather fitting that the artwork and tasteful furnishings inside look like they have been put together by a curator. There's something eye-catching in all of the rooms and it certainly helps that the address is blessed when it comes to natural light, particularly from the pair of bay windows. As if that wasn't enough, the home has another impressive trick up its sleeve in the shape of a huge private terrace, filled with plants and a table ready and waiting for an alfresco feast. Although Londoners are grateful for any outdoor living quarters, this pleasant space would be appreciated regardless of the location. When it comes to seeing a little more of this corner of West London, you're in an excellent location to do so. Both Holland Park and the Design Museum can be reached in under five minutes on foot, while there are restaurants and cafes even closer on Kensington High Street. The Royal Albert Hall is only twenty-five minutes' walk away if you fancy dressing up for an evening concert.

About Kensington
Affluent and incredibly central, Kensington is a great base for exploring London on foot. Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park are on your doorstep and so are the Victoria and Albert, Science, and Natural History Museums. The streets are attractive and well maintained (grand, white stucco facades aplenty) and your neighbours will be a wealthy, conservative set. Lots of positives but probably not the place to let your hair down.
