Hidden away among the green hills of the Upper Tiber Valley, this abode is blessed with a truly tranquil location in the Umbrian countryside. You'll find plenty of opportunities to appreciate this peace and quiet. Within the grounds, guests will find a long private swimming pool shaded by trees and surrounded by loungers, as well as several covered terraces for when you need a moment's respite from the sunshine. When the evening rolls around, you can gather around the alfresco dining table for an open-air banquet, before enjoying a nightcap in the outdoor hot tub. Although this is a home in which it's easy to imagine passing countless hours outside, there's a lot to like about what lies within the four walls. There's a rustic charm to the design, what with all the exposed stonework, terracotta tiling and wooden ceiling beams. However, it's a little more contemporary where it matters, namely the long kitchen and the sleek bathrooms. And how could we forget to mention that the home has its very own spa, complete with a Turkish bath, emotional shower and massage room? As is plain to see, there's more than enough to keep you occupied without leaving the grounds, but the medieval town of Gubbio is only seven kilometres away if you ever fancy a change of scenery and has some impressive stone architecture to wander between.
