This stunning villa boasts a magnificent setting on the seafront. It’s just a short distance from the quiet 12th-century village of Posedarje and 20 kilometres from Zadar. It has direct access to the Novigrad Sea via a steep set of stairs, so you can begin each day with a dip in the sea. There’s also a private swimming pool and an outdoor hot tub. Enjoy glorious panoramic sea views from inside the villa and from the terraces. There’s also a fitness area and sauna.
