Conveniently located next to the Palais de Tokyo, which also hosts Paris' Museum of Modern Art, this two-bedroom apartment mirrors this theme with its sleek modern interiors. A few classic pieces have also been incorporated, creating an eclectic yet harmonious look. Tall windows let in all the light and offer a tranquil river view, while the new (and spotless) kitchen is a pleasure to cook in. Two couples or a small family looking for a clutter-free space will feel right at home in this stylish apartment that still feels very homely.

Home truths
The interiors are more on the minimalist side, particularly the bedrooms and bathroom, which might seem cold to some
It's very close to the Seine where there is a fairly busy road - with the windows open you should expect some traffic noise
It's not a biggie but we found that in the bedrooms the plugs are not within easy reach of the bedsides
