It's clear that famed architects Palmer and Krisel had a lot of fun when they designed this original 1960s Mid Century Modern holiday home. From the side-by-side bathtubs and candy pink desert tones to the oversized heated pool, this is the kind of home that uplifts the spirits and makes you smile. And with breathtaking views across the San Jacinto mountains, you’ll find yourself floating on a cloud of desert bliss. Follow the light through the airy living room, and you’ll find the space opens up onto an expansive private backyard. From here you can watch the sunrise, lounge by the pool, enjoy a game of ping pong and gather for laughter-filled barbecue meals that stretch long into the evening. And when the light fades, you’ll find the fire pit makes the perfect spot to come together and watch the stars glitter. Located in the heart of Historic Racquet Club Estates, you’ll find it’s just a short walk to the local parks and aerial tramway while it’s just a five-minute drive to the shops and restaurants of downtown Palm Springs. And for explorations further afield, it’s a fifteen-minute drive to Desert Hot Springs and forty minutes to La Quinta.
