A visit to Wine Country is always a good idea, as is staying in this beautiful Healdsburg home. Your days will be filled with visits to nearby wineries – the house is close to Dry Creek and Alexander Valley – and journeys into Healdsburg. It takes just eight minutes to reach downtown, where you can shop, dine out and explore. This Wine Country retreat really is delightful. A large deck is perfect for entertaining – open up a few bottles from the nearby vineyards and conduct your own tasting session as you take in the view of the property. The garden boasts corn hole and bocce ball, as well as a cosy seating area around a fire pit – there’s something for everyone, whether you plan on spending your visit curled up with a book or want a livelier break. Inside, there’s plenty of room for everyone to gather together. The main house and guesthouse both boast excellent kitchens, so you can prepare veritable feasts. Stay at the table long after the plates have been cleared – this is what holidays are all about.
