In the heart of historic Whitby, this snug apartment provides the perfect retreat for two. Cosy and contemporary, what it lacks in space, it more than makes up for in comfort. We can already picture ourselves sinking into the plush sofa with a cup of Yorkshire brew after a day in the fresh sea air. Outside, a charming little patio beckons on summer days – it's a sweet spot to enjoy a glass of wine and nibble on Wensleydale cheese as the sun slowly sets. There's also a sleek kitchen ideal for rustling up lighter bites, a glossy bathroom and a sumptuous bedroom that will leave you feeling well-rested and ready to explore. The enviable locale makes exploring a breeze. Spend the afternoon dipping in and out of the independent shops, old-world pubs and delicious eateries in the city centre, or head down to the waterfront pier and Blue Flag beach for a taste of the seaside. You also can't miss the famous ruins of Whitby Abbey or the 199 Steps – the views from the top of the hill are hard to beat.
