In the quiet village of Pollensa, and only minutes away from the beach, you’ll find this century-old villa tucked away among trees. Having retained a lot of its original character – including the terracotta tiles, exposed wooden beams, and statement fireplace – it blends old-world charm with more modern elements to create a comfortable, endearing space. Thanks to the many balcony doors and gaping windows, the rooms have a very natural feel to them thanks of the streaming sunlight – sit down with a book and a cup of coffee to experience the joy of such a natural space. As lovely as all that fresh air is during the day, it might feel a little chillier after sunset, in which case you can always kindle the fireplace and socialise over a glass of wine as you make yourself comfortable on the sofa. With vines reaching up to caress the villa, embellish the loggia, and wrap around the balcony, the garden is alive with beauty and makes for the perfect backdrop to family photos. Spend days poolside, watch the sunset from the balcony, dine alfresco with the scent of bougainvilleas on the breeze, and enjoy drinks between games of table tennis....
