This charming apartment perched on Carvoeiro’s rugged coastline is an idyllic retreat for a family or group of friends seeking a relaxing and restorative Portuguese retreat in Lagoa, Algarve. Inside, a sleek and minimal interior awaits – clean modernism takes centre stage in the home’s design whilst plush blue sofas and geometric textiles add a personal touch. Pad out to the terrace to enjoy the early morning sun on your face as you sip your meia de leite coffee overlooking the luscious lawn. It’s effortless to pass the time soaking up the sun on your loungers, turning pages of your holiday read and exploring the shared gardens here. Come evening, prepare a delicious arroz de marisco with some local seafood – we recommend a glass of the Southern grape varietal, Viosinho. Though Praia de Carvoeiro is a short walk away, we suggest making the short drive to Praia da Marinha where you can spend a day on the golden sands and explore the majestic sea-formed coves. For dinner, settle into a local sea-grazing taverna for the day’s catch and soak up the Algarve mentality.
