Situated around 7.5 kilometres from the city of Kalamata, this villa is the ideal base for those keen to explore the beaches and historical sights of the region. While there’s a no-frills approach to the interiors, the outside space is certainly a showstopper. The infinity pool and hot tub overlook the Ionian Sea, and there’s a summer kitchen for alfresco cooking. Just so you know, the hosts live on the premises, but they’ll give you plenty of privacy during your stay.

This home occupies the ground floor of the building. The hosts live on the first floor but have a separate entrance. They’ll be on hand should you need anything during your stay.
Due to the location of this home, we recommend hiring a car for ease of getting around.
The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times. Your host can also provide a cot and high chair upon request.
The single beds can be arranged as a double upon request.
Please note, there are various steps throughout the villa and outdoor areas.
