Located in the more residential fifteenth arrondissement, this light-filled home provides an opportunity to enjoy the authentic everyday life of a local. Surrounded by neighbourhood stores and cafes, you’re just an eight-minute walk from the leafy Georges Brassens park. Should you want to explore the cities’ other attractions, the Convention metro station is an easy four-minute walk and can whisk you away to the lively Saint Germain-des-Prés area with a ten-minute ride. Inside, this home is typically Parisian with parquet flooring and intricate fireplaces. Its simple Scandi interiors, Prussian stove, keyboard and vintage prints give the home an original personality and brighten up the living spaces with vibrant colours.
