With the tranquil Siren’s Beach right on the other side of the fence, this home is the quintessential seaside holiday getaway. Walk across every AM so you can spend sun-drench mornings building sea castles, frolicking in the surf and soaking up every bit of sun before lunch. The benefit of being steps away from the house is that you can quickly assemble in the generous kitchen to divvy up meze platter responsibilities. Enjoy the finished result alfresco with the ocean on the horizon and sea salt in the air. Turn back to the beach afterwards or stay out on the terrace to take advantage of the private, crystalline swimming pool and the sun loungers flanking it. Find the sunbed when you need a nap or simply unwind there as you listen to a podcast or your favourite playlist.
