Perched on the southeastern fringe of Cyprus, early risers are rewarded with the first sunrise in Europe from the private terrace, and you can all toast the day's end with dazzling sunsets to boot. Stepping inside, this newly-built home keeps on delivering. Upstairs, you'll find three light-filled and pristine bedrooms. And there's no need to tussle for the best rooms here – two bedrooms have direct access to private balconies for sea vistas over morning coffees. Back downstairs, everywhere feels free-flowing thanks to the open-plan living space, with pops of rattan and sun-bleached wood tones bringing the beach boho vibes. With lush, verdant gardens, shady terraces and a dazzling blue private pool outside, you may be tempted to while away the whole day at home. But when the sea finally lures you, it's just a 330-metre flip-flop to the sandy shores of Paralimni and even closer to the water's edge. And no visit to the East Coast would be complete without a day spent on the powder-white sands of beloved Fig Tree Bay in Protaras (just a short drive away) – its shallow, crystal-clear waters make wading in a breeze.
