This cute cottage is located in a pretty as a picture Norfolk village with a charming duck pond, village green, shop, and award-winning pub situated just moments away. Great Massingham is the ideal base for exploring the North Norfolk Coastline and its many Blue Flag beaches – it's just 3 miles to the coast at Heacham and 13 miles from the market town of King’s Lynn. Other attractions nearby include Sandringham, under 10 miles from the property. This home is perfect for couples, a family or friends. Inside, you’ll find a blend of old and new – we love the character features here, such as the old wooden beams and exposed brick fireplace with log burner. Snuggle up in front of it on chilly nights with a glass of wine. Or have a long luxurious soak in the freestanding bathtub. On warm days there’s a lovely garden to relax in, too, with its patio and steps up to a lawn surrounded by flower beds.
