A beautiful retreat for a couple or solo traveller seeking to soak up the beauty of the Cornish coast, this home offers style and serenity in spades. Set independently within the owner’s property, you’ll find your private space to be chic, cosy and wholly inviting. Step into the open-plan living space to be met with high ceilings and stylish neutral decor offset by red accents to create an elegant setting for enjoying meals at the breakfast bar or kicking back on the sofa with a glass of wine. We love how much natural light fills the space thanks to the large glass patio doors that lead out onto a private garden. Equipped with a table and chairs, this is the ideal spot to tuck into tea and pastries each morning or to sip a celebratory sundowner after a day spent by the sea. And at the end of the night, you’ll find the comfortable bedroom waiting to ease you into a dreamy night’s sleep. When it comes to exploring nearby, the village of Rosudgeon is less than half a mile away where you’ll find a convenience store and pubs, while a ten to fifteen-minute walk will take you straight to Kenneggy Cove – a wonderful hidden gem of a beach that’s off the beaten track. Elsewhere, you’ll find plenty of other scenic beaches within a ten-minute drive too, including Perranuthnoe, Prussia Cove and Praa Sands.

The town is a popular seaside destination with one of the best food scenes in Cornwall – Michael Caines has a restaurant here. Aside from its culinary offering, Britain’s most southerly port is known for its boat-filled harbour, pretty Victorian terraces, and 70-foot-high,...
