Perched next to the River Fahala in the Andalusian countryside, this traditional home puts you in a peaceful location and provides plenty of ways to enjoy this tranquillity. When the sun makes one of its regular appearances, you can spend long afternoons splashing about in the swimming pool, soaking up some rays on one of the loungers or cooking up a storm on the barbecue on the covered terrace. Inside, the design is typical of the region, particularly the wooden ceiling beams, floor tiling and authentic fireplace – the latter of which is sadly only decorative. Thankfully, there are some more contemporary aspects to be spotted inside, not least the sleek kitchen and bathrooms. Although both the home and local area feels rural in flavour, there are plenty of attractions nearby. For starters, there are two golf courses within 4km of the home, while Fuengirola beach is only 15km away. Both the cities of Málaga and Marbella are well within range for day trips, too.
