Surrounded by Mediterranean forest, fruit trees, corn fields and olive groves, this picture-perfect villa offers a rural retreat in the village town of Alhaurin el Grande. Away from the tourist resorts of Costa del Sol, this home is perfect if you're looking to experience a more mellow side of Málaga. Located within an easy drive of the coastline, escape the hustle and bustle without being too far removed from the area's beautiful beaches. Boasting a gorgeous, flower-filled garden and saltwater lake pool, the grounds effortlessly mirror their countryside surroundings, allowing you to feel at one with the scenery. Spend your days swimming across the expansive turquoise waters, working out in the private gym and sipping coffee on the patio, which provides some welcome shade from the Spanish sun. Evenings were made for alfresco dinners at this home – throw some of your favourite barbecue foods on the grill and tuck in with a glass of wine or sangria. Round off a perfect night by heading indoors to put the wood burner on a watch a movie.
