Recently refurbished, this apartment offers a fantastic view over the charming town of Funchal, the bay, and the Desertas Islands. It also enjoys a great central location close to all of the island's best bits – though it still feels far enough from the hustle and bustle to act as a retreat and provide some welcome peace and quiet. Take the short journey to significant cultural and historical sites such as the Santa Clara Convent, the Cruzes Museum, and the magnificent Fort of São João Baptista. Or simply soak up the laid-back atmosphere and authentic Portuguese culture which makes this island so unique. Flooded with loads of natural light and finished in an understated, calm-inspiring palette of white (who knew there was more than one shade of white?), the apartment feels bright and modern, while its range of amenities is sure to leave you feeling right at home, right away.
