Tucked around the corner from Piața Unirii, this central city apartment isn’t for the faint of heart. The vibrant colour palette won’t be to everyone’s taste, but we think it's quirky. A sofa bed keeps sleeping arrangements flexible, and although the living area and bedrooms are a bit small, we can’t fault the bold design and attention to detail. What’s more, this place is right at the heart of the action, overlooking the Dâmbovița River and situated within easy reach of Bucharest’s must-see attractions, from Stavropoleos Monastery Church to Carol I Park. And if that wasn’t enough, it’s pet and infant-friendly, so nobody has to miss out.
