High in the hills, in a quiet spot that's still within easy reach of attractions like Universal Studios and the Walk Of Fame, this home has views aplenty thanks to balconies on both its floors. An example of upside-down living, you'll find the bright, spacious lounge upstairs, with its mid-century modern styling, blonde wood floors and impressive vaulted ceiling. Step out onto the balcony and you're rewarded with incredible, leafy views. There's a smart kitchen that's fully equipped so you can cook at home, and the huge windows flood the whole level with natural light. Downstairs you'll find two of the bedrooms and another balcony – just in case one wasn't enough. Great for keen hikers, you can walk across the hills to the Hollywood sign in around forty-five minutes or fifteen minutes to the reservoir. Drive to the shopping and dining options on Melrose Avenue or explore Hollywood proper in less than twenty minutes.
