We were smitten as soon as we walked into this apartment and saw the views of the glistening Mediterranean Sea through the large patio doors. This spacious front-line home faces directly south, so you get sun for pretty much all of the day. Enjoy cocktails on the outdoor sofa or dine alfresco on the covered terrace. When you fancy a dip, head to the communal pool (one of two, and there are kids' pools too) and then dry off on one of the loungers surrounded by lush plants and pretty bird of paradise flowers. It’s not all about the outside, though – the inside is impressive too, with its light-filled rooms, crème marble flooring and underfloor heating in the bathrooms. This home, in our opinion, is located in one of the best positions within this urbanisation. It’s only 400 metres from an exclusive restaurant and beach club, while a short stroll will take you to the Centro Plaza where you can find shops, restaurants, banks and a supermarket. The Rio Real Golf 18 is situated next door for golfers, or it’s a five-minute drive to the La Canada shopping centre and superstore Al Campo. Chic Marbella, on the other hand, is... just 4 kilometres from this gorgeous home.
