Dazzling crisp white from top-to-toe and with poolside terraces that are as vast as they are stylish, this place is channelling all the glitz and glamour of Marbella. Follow the glitterati down to Marbella's gloriously sandy coves – a five-kilometre drive away. Or you may find all you need in the exclusive residential suburb of El Rosario, where you'll find this home. There's a charming local bakery and bustling restaurants, all within walking distance. Back home, the decor is stylish and luxurious, just as you'd imagine, with pared-back, contemporary bedrooms across two floors, marble-clad bathrooms, and a designer, high-spec kitchen at its heart. But those oh-so-spacious terraces and pool outside are the clincher for us. Sunny mornings call for lazy brunches under the retractable pergola (mimosa, anyone?), followed by a sun-worshipping session on the loungers. When it's time to beat the heat, sneak away with a good book to the top-floor veranda or spill out into that high-style living space – those dangerously-sinkable white linen sofas have got cheeky siestas written all over them.
