Up in the peace and quiet of the hills outside Marbella, this penthouse apartment takes full advantage of the uninterrupted views. From the big, private terrace you can cast your eyes over the verdant hillsides to the shimmering Mediterranean Sea, stretching all the way to the horizon. Wicker furniture out here can be protected from the elements with glass walls that fold away or can be left open to the Costa del Sol sunshine. Inside, double glass doors and floor-to-ceiling windows cast the breakfast table in sunlight and the boho-chic living area is bathed in natural light. The decor embraces minimalism in crisp white with natural wicker touches throughout. From the full kitchen, you can head straight out to the barbecue area – perfect for the ferrying of salads and sauces. Guests here also have access to the complex’s spa with its saunas, Jacuzzi and indoor heated swimming pool, and a huge outdoor pool to cool off in the heat. For days on the sand, the nearest of Costa del Sol’s famous beaches is just a short, five-kilometre drive away, and the centre of Marbella is seven kilometres away.
