Start your day with cooling dips in the shared pools, or head down to the hectare-wide artificial lagoon fringed by sandy shores to try out the impressive water sports. If you're feeling peckish, the on-site restaurants, one of which overlooks the lagoon, should do very nicely. Or nip back to your apartment – that vast and oh-so-private terrace has lazy lunches written all over it. And the impressive designer kitchen inside has everything you could need to rustle up Mediterranean-inspired plates.
