Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

Given that Croatia has over a thousand islands and many of them only sparsely populated, you can find some really peaceful properties where you can escape the crowds and marvel at the beauty of the coastal scenery – just like this villa on Drvenik Mali. Blessed with a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea, you'll find it so easy to just switch off and relax here, especially with the private swimming pool and plentiful terrace space. Plus, there can be no better way of finishing the day than cooking up dinner on the traditional barbecue and enjoying the fruits of your labour on the alfresco dining table as the sun sets in the background. There's a lot to like behind the home's Dalmatian stone walls, too. The preference for black and white in the design is effortlessly chic, while the chandelier and spiral staircase adds a little razzle-dazzle. Both the kitchen and bathrooms are rather sleek, too. Given the small size of the island, it won't come as a surprise to learn that all of the local attractions sit within walking distance, with the whole map circumnavigable in no more than two hours. The nearest beach, for example, is only 300 metres away, while the centre of the main town is 700 metres away.

About Croatia

Byron called Dubrovnik the “Pearl of the Adriatic” and there’s no denying the beauty of Croatia’s most popular city (the location scouts for Game of Thrones certainly thought so). Within the ancient walls of Dubrovnik, sand-hued buildings with orange rooftops jut out into the azure sea. That’s not the only pearl Croatia is hiding. Split has the narrow, timeworn streets of Diocletian’s Palace to rival Dubrovnik’s old town, and sparking...
