The heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi are wonderful spots from which to enjoy Croatia's ample amounts of sunshine, but there's also a pontoon thirty metres away from which to jump into the Adriatic Sea if you fancy a paddle in the real thing. Added to that, you can also find an array of private terraces off the bedrooms and a large communal outdoor space complete with a barbecue and alfresco dining table. Behind the home's glass doors, there's even more to discover. If you like to stay active, the well-equipped gym will be a welcome addition, while the two saunas – one infrared and the other a more traditional Finnish style – are sure to be appreciated by those that prefer to sit still. When it comes to entertainment, boredom is unlikely to make an appearance with the billiards table, darts board and sound system at your disposal. If you want to see more of the locale, it's possible to arrange a boat trip that launches off from the nearby pontoon. Alternatively, there are beaches to be reached within walking distance and the town of Labin is only 5km away when you're in need of shops and restaurants.
