Minutes away from Miami Beach, where you can sunbathe with a view of the deep blue sea and leafy green palms, you’ll find this fun home waiting to welcome you in. With the galleries and boutiques of the Miami Design District not far away, it’s unsurprising that the interior has soaked up some of its surroundings, combining a minimalist loft feel with eclectic art to create the most impact. Take to Street Fighter to set a new high score or geek out over the Mrs Pac-Man arcade machine, spending hours trying to perfect your strategy. When lunchtime swings around, cobble something together in the kitchen, which you can then enjoy on the terrace. Out here, coincidentally, is where you can also savour an ice-cold beer to combat the tropical Florida heat. Of course, a dip in the communal pool will also do a pretty fine job of cooling you down and whilst you’re down there, you may as well hang around to barbecue your dinner. Two more balconies are accessible via each of the bedrooms, so you can always sneak off to one of them when you need some alone time. Enjoy your morning coffee there, or make it a nightcap as you admire the sparkling night sky. When you’re not in the communal gym, you can exercise your golf skills instead by making the short drive to the Miami Shores Country Club.
