Despite its small size, this studio apartment's proximity to Paignton's seafront gets full marks from us. The water is so close, you could practically reach out and touch it from the living area, making it the perfect spot to enjoy some sand, surf and Devon sunshine. We love how the coastal scenery is reflected in the sleek and stylish design. Yellow chairs invite you to kick back and relax with a glass of wine, admiring the views framed in the full-height windows. The compact but well-stocked kitchen is ideal for romantic dinners at home, while the lush rainfall shower is just the ticket after a balmy day by the sea. Of course, days here are best spent wandering along the traditional pier, snacking on fish and chips at Goodrington Sands and dipping your toes in Tor Bay. The beach is a mere 100 metres away, but if you're keen on exploring a bit further, you'll find the South West Coast Path, Torquay and Exeter are just a short journey by car.
