• Two well-behaved dogs are welcome to join you for an additional £30 each per stay, with prior approval from your host (pets will need to be kept off furniture)

• There's no free parking at this home, so you'll need to arrange a parking permit that allows you to park on the streets in the area – a permit will cost £10 per day per vehicle and will need to be purchased at least 24 hours before you arrive, paid on-street parking is available in the streets and side streets near the house

• Your host can arrange extra cleaning services for you here for stays longer than a week, for an additional fee
