Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

You'll find this stylish getaway mere moments from the North Sea – about 50 metres, in fact. Simply step out the door and you'll practically be on the sand dunes at Nørlev Strand. How's that for a coastal getaway? Known for its sprawling white beaches, untamed nature reserves and charming villages, Denmark's North Jutland is rife with outdoor adventures. Take a drive and visit the Rubjerg Knude lighthouse, spend the day swimming in the Jammerbugten and sample Danish cuisine at the restaurants in nearby Hjørring and Hirtshals. There are endless options for fun along the coast, but when the day is over, come back and relax in this cosy home-from-home. Come summertime, pad out to the patio and enjoy an apéritif as the sun goes down, then fire up the barbecue and dig into an alfresco dinner. Get cosy in front of the fire during the colder months – perhaps with a glass of Gløgg – and feel the chill melt away. But our favourite spot to unwind has to be the whirlpool-style bathtub – it's just the ticket after a long afternoon wandering along the coast.
