Relax on the shared roof terrace and enjoy the city views while staying at this modern home. Sustainably housed in a building repurposed from shipping containers, this apartment has great environmental credentials, with its solar panels, which help power the building. There are bike charging and water refill stations available, too, while rainwater runoff is used to irrigate the indigenous plants. Inside the apartment itself, we love the floor-to-ceiling windows that allow light to flood in. Situated in Downtown Phoenix, you'll have plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars on your doorstep, as well as MonOrchid, a popular gallery space on Roosevelt Row nearby. There's a modern light rail system, too, making getting around easy, whether you're here for leisure or business.
