This studio apartment sits within Dubai’s bustling business district, where skyscrapers tower – none taller than the Burj Kalifa, a short walk away. It’s ideally located if you’re in town for business with a bit of leisure on the side. The vast sweep of sand at Jumeirah Beach is just a fifteen-minute drive away after all. Guests here have access to the building’s hotel-like facilities such as the rooftop swimming pool, lined with loungers and cabanas. There’s also a state-of-the-art gym for workout sessions, lounges and a café and restaurant that serves a buffet breakfast (for an additional fee). Within the studio apartment, floor-to-ceiling windows show off a view of the skyscrapers and let plenty of natural light in. There’s a little kitchenette for quick meals and a dedicated laptop desk should you need to work remotely.
