After seeing that this family-size home possessed one of those all-too-rare of London amenities, an outside space, our selective ears immediately plucked up. And while the biggest draw is, of course, having access to a private terrace, complete with garden furniture and pretty flowers, the open-plan living space is just as impressive. Decorated in a sleek British style, combining contemporary chic with a side of industrial design, this home makes for seamless modern living. Stepping inside, you'll find a wonderfully bright area to relax with a huge skylight running along the ceiling, bathing the lounge, dining area and kitchen in abundant natural light that dances off the rugged wood flooring. Sink into the leather armchair with a good book, gather around the dining table for supper, or prepare a meal in the rustic, family-sized kitchen to be enjoyed outside – the bi-fold doors flung open, instantly expanding your communal space. When it's time to get out and about, take a twenty-one-minute walk to the effortlessly elegant neighbourhood of Notting Hill and the vibrant markets along colourful Portobello Road. While it's just a six-minute stroll from Kensal Green underground station, connecting you to the entire city with ease.
