Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

If you prefer your interior design to be bold and eye-catching rather than safe and minimalist, you might just take a liking to this unique West London home. Your first tour around the address will reveal a wealth of eye-catching features, from large artwork and statement lighting to a characterful choice of furnishings. This being Kensington, you shouldn't be surprised to learn that the home still has an air of refinement. Take a look at the glossy kitchen complete with a huge island, the contemporary fireplace and the sleek bathrooms, and you'll see what we mean. Another big perk comes beyond the home's four walls – not only is there a back garden with lots of seating for alfresco dining, but you can also find a separate terrace that overlooks this peaceful spot. If you're ever in need of outdoor space that's a little more expansive, Holland Park lies all of five minutes' walk around the corner and is also home to the Design Museum, too. Kensington High Street is a similar distance in the opposite direction and has a great range of shops, restaurants and cafes with which to get acquainted.

About Holland Park

Filled with mews streets, stucco mansions and green spaces, Holland Park is an idyllic neighbourhood sandwiched between Notting Hill, Kensington and Shepherd's Bush. Holland Park itself is one of London's most picturesque green spaces with a rich history. Today, the park boasts an open-air theatre and opera, Japanese-style Kyoto Gardens and a family playground. For dining, try Julie's and The Belvedere, and for a refreshing pint or aperol spritz, the Mitre and The Ladbroke Arms are a couple of great, classic British pubs in the area.
