Sitting atop a hill just 7 kilometres from Ibiza Town’s centre, this beautiful villa is a gem of a retreat for those looking for the perfect balance of tranquillity and entertainment. Dazzlingly white against the blue of the sky and the green of the surrounding palm trees, this home offers space, calm and immaculate views of the Old Town, Las Salinas, Cap Des Falco and Formentera. With such a stunning outdoor area, we have no doubt you’ll be spending most of your time here soaking up the Ibizan rays on the sun loungers, swimming laps in the pool’s cooling waters and enjoying shaded drinks on the outdoor sofas. Step inside the home, and you’re bound to be just as charmed. The comfortable living area’s shelves are stacked with books to peruse while the large kitchen is all set to help you whip up Baleriac feasts when you’re not outside firing up the barbecue. The bedrooms, meanwhile, are all terracotta tiles with a clean, simple aesthetic, with one boasting a desk space for those looking to catch up on work and two of them boasting terraces with jaw-dropping views over the island, the mountains and the sea.
