We love this elegant home’s location – it’s situated in the 8th arrondissement of Paris. This chic district is home to high-end boutiques catering to the most discerning fashion lovers. Plus, this home is minutes from the famous Galeries Lafayettes with all its luxury designer brands such as Balenciaga, Céline, Chanel, and of course, Christian Lacroix. Plenty of attractions are nearby, too, including the Arc de Triumph, a sixteen-minute walk away, while the Palais Garnier and the Place de la Concorde are twenty minutes on foot. Back at this apartment, take off your Gucci moccasins or Jimmy Choo heels and take a seat on the sofa after all that shopping. The living room is bathed in light thanks to its dual aspect – we adore the chandeliers, character features such as the gold mouldings and the classical paintings depicting Parisian scenes.
