With a great location in ever-popular Protaras, this contemporary villa is close to Yianna Marie Beach (500 metres away) and it’s near to beautiful Fig Tree Bay too. You’ll find an array of shops, restaurants and bars nearby as well, so a car isn’t really necessary if you don’t want one. Back at this home, there’s a private pool and terrace for soaking up the Cypriot sun and a handy outdoor kitchen area and barbecue for long lazy lunches. Through bi-fold doors, you’ll find modern interiors and all three bedrooms have access to a balcony with vistas over the area.
