In the beautiful village of Platanias, close to sandy beaches and traditional tavernas, this charming apartment is perfectly positioned for exploring Crete. Boasting a private terrace, start your days by waking up early to sip coffee and catch the sun rising over the mountains. If you fancy seeing those mountains up close, some fantastic hiking trails are easily accessible from the village's main street. We highly recommend renting bikes and enjoying the spectacular scenery and the sun on your face at your own pace. Stop for a cooling swim along the coast and tuck into a picnic lunch on the golden sand. When you return home, the kitchen has everything you need to cook a delicious dinner. Take it out to the balcony and dine alfresco as you admire sensational views over the Mediterranean Sea. After dark, head inside to open a bottle of wine and get cosy by the fireplace.
