Close to Victoria Park, Columbia Road Flower Market and countless other East London attractions, and with great transport links with the centre, this is a perfect base for those visiting the capital and wanting to experience a side of it that is far away from the usual tourist trails. We love the eclectic mix of styles and textures which all come together to create a unique ambience – from exposed bricks to statement-making staircases and wooden floors. The open-plan living room offers plenty of comfy nooks for kicking back and relaxing at the end of a long day of dashing about town, and should a chillier evening happen to come about, there’s even a wood-burning stove for added warmth. On the other side, the modern kitchen invites you to rustle up some delicious meals which can be savoured at the dining table or out on the roof terrace. Please note the owner lives in a studio on the ground floor. The apartment is on the first and second floors.
This home is set over three floors and boasts double-height ceilings, a mezzanine floor and a steam room. Please note that some of these staircases are open without handrails, so it's not suitable for children
The single bed is on the mezzanine floor.
The top-floor bedroom windows provide access onto the roof, but there are no railings, so please be careful.
