A modern Spanish estate overlooking the canyon and the immaculately landscaped gardens, this villa offers a resort-like stay in Beverly Hills. With a private swimming pool, hot tub and a spanning sun deck terrace surrounded by palm trees, soaking up the California sunshine is no problem. The bi-fold doors extend the main living and dining spaces to the outdoors, making this pad ideal for entertaining guests. The luxurious experience continues in the main bedroom featuring two walk-in closets and an en-suite bathroom with a spa bathtub and separate rain shower. Meanwhile, the patio balconies leading out from most bedrooms allow you to enjoy the beautiful views with an extra touch of privacy.

This home is spread over two floors, with no internal lift and all the bedrooms upstairs. It may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.
