This home is simply made for outdoor living – enjoy lazy days swimming in the private pool or lying beside it, stretched out on a lounger soaking up the sun’s glorious rays as the breeze rustles through the palm trees around you. With an array of seating options, alfresco dining is a must – our favourite spot is under the pergola. Inside is full of the charm you’d expect from a countryside Italian home. Sympathetically renovated in recent times, it offers the perfect blend of traditional features with contemporary touches, with three double bedrooms that offer the most blissful night’s sleep. For days out, you can get your sea fix on either the Adriatic or Ionian coast with both around twenty kilometres away. Casarano is the nearest town and well worth a visit – indulge in the local cuisine, wander the narrow streets as you marvel at the architecture, and don’t forget to stop... off for a gelato.

This home is situated on a 10,000 square metre estate – the outdoor space (garden, olive grove and swimming pool) is shared with two other homes, between them accommodating up to six guests, which can be rented alongside this villa or independently – there's also another villa inside the estate, some distance from this home and completely independent with its own swimming pool
The swimming pool is only available for use between 1st May and 31st October and isn't fenced, so children will need to be supervised at all times
