Nestled between the rolling hills and olive groves of the fertile Valle d'Itria, between the towns of Ostuni and Martina Franca, this collection of interconnected traditional trulli comes together to create a stunning holiday home that's perfect for a family-friendly getaway to the heel of Italy's boot. Lovingly renovated to include all the mod cons you'd expect of a contemporary house, the trulli maintain traditional touches, including exposed stone walls, elegant arched doorways and those iconic tapered roofs. The main building has a spacious living room with a fireplace and comfortable seating, a fully-equipped kitchen and a dining area. Elsewhere, the bedrooms are cosy and inviting, with modern and antique furnishings and sleek en-suites. Step out onto the large covered patio, where you can relax out of the glare of the midday sun or stretch out on sun loungers by the saltwater pool surrounded by an immaculately maintained garden dotted with mature olive trees. All this combines to create the perfect place to relax and soak up the Mediterranean sun. If you can bear to leave your rural haven, Ostuni's white-washed buildings and narrow cobblestone streets are just a short drive away, while the historic centre of Martina is well worth a visit.... Continue to the coast, and you'll find plenty of lovely beaches lining the shores north of Brindisi.
